Airlie GardensAirlie Gardens is the lower part of a beautiful 1920s villa in Brodick, Isle of Arran. Sitting up behind the town, the views over the bay and to Goatfell, the castle and beyond are spectacular. The property includes three bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, one of which can be set up as a double. Lounge, dining room, a modern kitchen and bathroom (with both shower and bath) making it perfect for a family or group. The garden is on a slight slope and is a mixture of grass and plants. There is no exit or entry at the front,so garden is quite secure for children. Short breaks available outwith summer and high season periods, (such as Christmas and New year).

There is also full width decking with table and chairs provided at the front of the house for you to take in the views of the sea front.

Lounge living areaA wonderful property to spread out and relax in.  Airlie is close to all amenities whilst remaining fairly secluded. Parking on street at rear of house.

 

 

  • Lounge has open fire, sea views, television (with freeview and DVD player), a selection of DVDs, a variety of books, boardgames (such as Boggle, Monopoly and Twister), a large, comfortable sofa and two chairs.
  • Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and cleaning, with washing machine,  dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and freezer.
  • Dining Room, located next to the kitchen, provides a large table with seats for 6 people, placemats/coasters .
  • Bedrooms have  heating, storage space and comfortable beds.
  • Bathroom includes bath, separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

 

There are also buckets & spades, a cricket set, cool bag and picnic cups and plates to use whilst out and about, DAB radio in master bedroom and Fraser the bear -for little ones who need company in their bedroom at night! We ask kindly that all items be replaced before leaving the property so that future guests may also enjoy them.
